@dazia88: more than the stamina its the low level of oxygen at this altitude which makes things challenging.....this is the reason tht out every 10 tht set out for this lake, less than half make the whole journey

one query - the aansoo lake looks so small. it would have been finished off with a splash of the water in the lake by yourself -how big is the lake ?
