ActewAGL and the CA Technologies Brumbies are on the look out for Canberra's next Local Hero.

We want to recognise those individuals or groups who have made our community a special place to live in and through their actions improved the quality of life of those around them.

It could be your best mate, a neighbour or a group of people who deserve recognition for doing something great in the community.

Each week ActewAGL and the CA Technologies Brumbies identify a new Local Hero who will receive 10 tickets to a CA Technologies Brumbies home game and some great supporter's packs.

Pam Bell from the Belconnen Community Service Inc was the first winner of the season. Pam appears in this video with workmate Denise Dixon and Jess Brown from ActewAGL.
