Pakistani Recipe

Ingredients
4 tbsp gram flour/ besan
2 cups of yoghurt
Glass of water
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric/ haldi
Coriander leaves
Twig of curry leaves
2 slices ginger
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion

Pakora
4 tbsp gram flour/ besan
1/2 onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp coarsely grounded coriander seeds
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp zeera
1/4 tsp salt
4-5 Glasses Water
Oil

Final Bhaghar
1/4 onion finely sliced
Curry leaves
Few dried red chillis
1/4 tsp zeera
Lemon Juice

  • I suggest to Add White Cumin Seeds and Green Onion sprouts to Bring a massive Combination of taste in Your Pakora's. and It wud be great if you crush your Zeera the way you usually ground in your cute little marble Mixee :) It turns out like a Wondder!

  • Very Good and Fast Pakora Kurhi. I cooked it myself and it is absolutely fantastic recipe. Just add a little more water to make it more liquidy.
