All this is rather subjective as a lot of the combat aircraft types have never been tested against each other in a protracted campaign against other fighters of supposedly similar capability.
The best pilots are going to be those with recent real experience. The last opportunity for real experience was 2003 but even that was against a second rate enemy.
Actual tactics are also hugely important. In the Falklands war Argentina lost 24 aircraft for no British losses mainly due to bad tactics

@dannydyn1 hmm thats interesting because the US MArine Corps have been flying before that country was even invented. Also its interesting because its widely agreed that the best Pilots are Naval pilots who launch from carriers which Isreal doesn't even have. Isreal also only gets the tech we deem they can have so their tech, budget, and experience are lacking. Your argument has no evidence or backing please go please go back to sticking your thumb in your ass
