It may be a postcard in your mailbox. A poster on a wall. A sign in a hallway.
Every day we encounter dozens of printed pieces. And what often gets lost in our "hurry up" world is the history of printmaking and the artistry it entails.
Lawrence's Paper Fox Printmaking Workshop, through its visiting artist program and hands-on discovery opportunities, gives students a chance to take a step back in time and learn more about this special craft, as well as get exposure to the fundamentals of running a business.
The Workshop is part of Lawrence's Innovation and Entrepreneurship initiative that has been spearheaded by the Economics Department and made possible, in part, by a series of grants from the Coleman Foundation.
