Dutch television broadcasted the entire event some 20 years ago. I would like to have it on DVD, does anyone know how or where to get it??

Kenny Hing took the place of Jimmy Forrest in november 1977 and left the band in 2002. Nobody took his place during all that period. .

Everyone is free to express their opinion. Kenny made many video's with Basie, but he and Les were of different ethnic backgrounds. This video, from 1979, shows a 42 year old white sax player with black hair. Three years later, another video shows a black sax player with grey hair that looks similar but not the same. In any event, it's not really important, and the music was great. No real need to get upset - you're happy and so am I. 'Nuff said.
