if hypnotic weight loss works then what's the point of sorting out underlying causes? "many underlying causes need to be sorted out first" is therapists' argument for trying to make money off ppl (the longer it takes, the more money they can make).

I think this will work on everyone who truly has the desire to change- not from being told to, but the desire from within to change.

I bought his book Instant Confidence, and I will buy this one next, to give me a lil nudge of help to lose the weight I've always been burdened with. =)

i love the fact he doesnt sayit works for everyone cause it doesnt, you have to calibrate before by asking them to do a small thing before hand, say if its smoking not to smoke the day they see him. if they have no effort to change then they litrally wont have effort to follow his suggestions.
