Hollywood and God

Blasphemy is certainly enough reason to not watch a movie, but there is more to consider. In Psalm 101:3 we read,

"I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes."

Gay Cumfart is a moron and a liar. Anybody who denies this is ignorant. Oh, silly Gay Cumfart, a grown adult believing in ancient mythology and superstition. How is Gilgamesh doing, I heard that he was the son of a goddess and a mortal man? Now, what about Damuzi, you know, the Sumerian guy who was, oh, how shall I say this, raised from the dead? Who else was raised from the dead? Ah, yes, Baal of Ugarit, Osiris of Egypt, Adonis of Phoenicia/Greece/Rome, and Attis of Phrygia. Jesus was a thief.

The future coming of Jesus was known about since the beginning of time. So yes, some other ancient texts have similarities to the Bible. The Epic of Gilgamesh flood for instance. That is only because they are the ones who are thieves. The whole world had some form of knowledge of Jesus, and a worldwide flood, and thus world cultures have different forms of the same stories. All world cultures have stories similar to many biblical accounts. The question is which one to believe. (hint - the Bible)
