If someone could have gotten Carter to give a shit, he could have been a top 5 all time player. No one has ever had his combination of shooting range and athleticism. He just didn't have the drive that made Jordan and Kobe great.

@WhatTehFcuk actually his work ethic was great in jersey and his first 3 years in the league then tmac left and the raptors didnt get anybody so he left and did great in jersey it shows he was a more consistant player there and a better overall player but he was basicly at the end of his prime at that point and kidd was great but kobe has always had a great or good big man to help him vince didnt have that so injury was the biggest factor

@WhatTehFcuk u mean the t-mac that averaged 9ppg as a young guy who decided to leave cause vince was overshadowing him lol ? and j kidd--they had a good run--but it was all him and j kidd...rj was highly overrated and was not a legitimate scoring threat against playoff teams--and their big guys and their bench lol pathetic--unknown names in the NBA then and now--kobe has had great teammates for a high majority of his career and anyone to say that kobe has always done it by himself is clueless
