Look closely, the guy's hand never actually goes in the croc's mouth. He put it under the croc's lower jaw just as its mouth shut from taking the food, just to appear as if it was in the croc's mouth for a moment. Clever

This is a very old croc that has very few teeth left and this boat tour is keeping him going you can see how fat he is because he doesn't have to hunt.
