'Aerogel' and 'Soap Sheets'

Just two neat little.. 'things'? Inventions, modern art-type of spacial-light-augmentation exhibits o.0 type of stuff.. You know, the artsy fartsy stuff you find on Vimeo..

I'd love to see these on display in person.

'Aerogel' is a synthetic material with many implications. I do know it is being used in liquid form - which they call "fire ice" - to help put out wildfires. It's awesome, I want some - and some dry ice...

So then I searched around to see if "soap sheets" were anywhere else but all that comes up are like.. cleaning products :D So, then, it is a rare clip and I share with you.

Thanks to youtuber sathingtonwillo for opening my eyes to Aerogel for the first time yesterday! An almost-forgotten technology within the modern common-place - even amongst conspiracy theorists/alternative news circles.. But IMO - aerogel could hold answers so many things... or atleast offers a possibility .. invisiblity .. cloaking .. camoflage.... projecting 3d holograms ..

Almost forgot.....

The faces at the end. At the end of this Aerogel video I sampled from:

They show, what I guess is, a slab of Aerogel in the form of a facial profile. Though, I don't quite understand how they did that. They show the steps on screen but didn't look like anything I understood.

So, that profile, made of Aerogel... just looks (to me) a whole lot like the freaky-realistic profile face in the cloud that I posted just a day or two ago! You know what I mean, compare the two faces:
