Robert Kowalski recommends taking a niacin supplement to lower cholesterol because niacin reduces LDL and increases HDL. Be sure to watch Part 1-Diet and Part 3-Plant Sterols also from iHealthTube.

  • The B -complex is a thousand times more safer than any statin drugs. The public is made to believe otherwise.

  • @mokugin81 I guess that's what's so great about Niacin, since it reduces cholesterol when it is too high, and raises cholesterol levels when they are too low.

  • @mokugin81 No two people are the same. Each person has to find what works for them.

  • Junk Science Being Pushed once again!! Cholesterol is our Best Friend!! Read The Obesity Epidemic by Zoe Harcombe!!

  • Suffering from a heart attack was not on my list of things to accomplish in life. Neither was taking a Rx med for life, like my older siblings have been doing for a number of years. I was close to discussing options with my doc when a friend told me about Sterolyn. I read about it and was impressed with what I saw. It's been 4 months and I have not had any of the neg side effects I've heard my brothers complain about, and my cholesterols going down, good news.
