The Canadian Legal System is a Running Joke.

And unfortunately it's no longer funny by any means.

According to CBC News, children who were removed from homes

only receive $25,000 for their terrorizing ordeal.

C.A.S. is just as bad as this guy, running around telling people

Smith was adopted out - he searched for his mother for decades. He wanted, subconsciously or otherwise, to subject parents and children to the same sort of fate - the severing of the primordial bond.

Yes, and another just sentenced an entire family to the equivalent of the death penalty when he gave the bogus diagnoses of SBS - google "CBC Surrey Couple medical". CPS aka Child Protective Services kidnap children with the aid of people such as Charles Smith and the doctor who recently "diagnosed" this baby. Smith is a sociopath. His crimes have nothing to do with lack of training.

Remember that if they have no proof of wrongdoing they do not get to go to court, therefore they loose 10-20 thousand dollars.

That`s why they lie and make up false evidence, its so much more profitable for them.

Keep in mind that Charles Smith is just one of them... he got caught, but there are still hundreds just like him out there who haven`t been caught yet.

In my province there are a few child "protection" specialists, usually pediatricians and they are scum of the worst kind. They are paid tremendous amounts of money to go to court against people and they will knowingly lie and make up false evidence so as not to loose their profitable contracts with the CPS industry.

I have known many "experts" in many fields who were complete and total idiots.

Why isn't Charles Smith in prison? The sums of the prison sentences he caused other, innocent victims to suffer, should be his sentence in one of Canada's worst penitentiaries. Yet, he's living in B.C., in luxury, and probably off taxpayer largess?? Why are the people so apathetic? Where's the public outrage? Have we been beaten that badly as to not at least raise our angry voices against this outrage?
