  • Yes I still love my wood boiler. No you use very little wood during the summer, stove set to open natural draft damper at 165 degree close at 175. Hot water heater heat exchange in house set with honeywell scald valve temp 140-160 at tap. Maybe 1-2 5 gal bucket split scrape wood. Only add just the amount of wood needed for a day uses less wood summer or winter.
