This is the trickiest part of your therapy. You've now reached the point of realizing just how damaged you truly are and just how much hard work lies ahead of you, so you're reaching for any excuse to abandon your therapy. But you'll be making a terrible decision. Remember: You don't have much time left in your old age to set things right. And it's very unlikely that another therapist so patient and understanding as I will come along.

Really I did not know I was dependent on everyone, I have god so there is no need for me to do that, the fact is maybe today,tomorrow or next month I may call it quits on you not because I have given up but rather have come to the conclusion that you are un-curable.

As you are un-helpable its pointless me trying to reason with you because you can't understand logic ,its very clear you are not well but this is not my problem its yours and I no longer want a part in it.

You may think you can "slam the door" on my generous & patient attempts to help you, but let's face it, you and I know you'll never do that. Deep down you realize that I'm your only link to sanity & salvation. Everyone else gave up on you long ago, and you don't have much time left.
