This video installs and demonstrates the free image recovery tool in Zero Assumption Data Recovery for Windows software, and also shows you how to lock, unlock and format your card media. This process can also undelete files inaccessible due to card formatting or accidental deletion. SD card recovery and repair is demonstrated, but XD, memorystick, compactflash, microSD and other card formats can all utilise the same easy process.     Second: It works pretty good

    Third: Actually it does not

    Fourth: .avi files are not completly (the rest is missing)

    Fifth: Its a good video anyway. ;)

    Does anybody know how to fix the missing .avi part?

  • @thebest5451 THanks for the feedback, I've heard other reports of video file recovery not working out... seems dependent on the filetype/codec of the video files your camera generates. Should work fine if you buy the full version of the program, as that version will recover all data, with no limitations

  • i followed your instructions but the pictures from the ROOT folder is invalid whenever i view it in picasa, windows picture viewer or microsoft office picture manager...where did i mess up?
