This is the old Boston Garden - I use to go to the matches there when WWWF held them once a month - Wow . . . Brings back great memories. Also would go see the Bruins and Celtics. What a marvelous building that was. Thanks for bringing back those memories.

@Schaefster82 I wish WWE back then did those Battle Royal Cage Matches.
-
Savage beat Santana for The IC Title in that Arena.

I think this is the only 6 man cage match I have ever seen....

@jacobvanvonderen ... almost, but not quite, as a battle royal cage match... Bunkhouse Stampede '88

I can see why these matches don't happen anymore. First, there are plenty of opportunities, while one is being double teamed, for the free man to escape which makes it more unrealistic when the free man doesn't take the opportunity. Additionally, it seems that the obvious strategy would be to allow two of the members of the other team to excape leaving it 3-on-1. You could then beat the one man unconscious and the 3 could exit the cage together.

Thanks for this! Man, Boston sure did love their tag team cage matches! Another good one was Randy Savage & Adrian Adonis vs Tito Santana & Bruno Sammartino.
RIP Macho Man.
