  • Have you looked at the Sedona dehydrator from tribest? It costs $369 and there are not too many reviews out there?

  • @dfrisable haven't tried it yet, but I'll be doing a review in the new year on my Youtube channel and new Podcast :)

  • I have a Sedona and love it...

  • @dfrisable Sedona had A LOT of bad reviews. If memory serves me people were saying the fans were constantly going out. Check out amazon to see what people are saying about their purchases.

  • I'm sold....

buying an excalibur right now on amazon $219.00

  • @MonaalizMJiheartU Hay sweetheart.... You can find great ones on EBay.... I just saved 213 pound. On a ten tray one. Also check on gum tree and freecycle.. When you find one check reviews. If its got great reviews go for it. I am tight with cash and get everything second hand. Theres no shame in it. I am actually proud of myhaggeling/ money saving skills.. Anyway I think its better to give it a go before investing 100s of pounds. Hope this helps you go for it.

  • @therawchef - Oh thank you so much! I was sure I could use an oven, if it was on a certain setting!

  • @iamborghini1 I think it's worse for the environment if you do, since ovens use more energy than dehydrators. Maybe someone can verify/prove this? Also, it's riskier, since you can leave a dehydrator running overnight, but you probably wouldn't want to do the same with an oven.

  • @iamborghini1 you can use an oven on a low heat with the door slightly open so not to go over 118 degrees F.
