i can elephant lift with bent arms..sometimes.....but i cant even begin to start with straight, my wrists hurt tooo much...do you know of anyway to overcome this?

how do you get the flexibility to go from l-sit to handstand then back? 0.o

@jrk987 It's very hard. I can almost do it on my fingertips but I need some more training. You have to be very flexible in the abs and hips so do a lot of flexibility exercice.

@vinceconditioning how long have you been doing this conditioning? do you have formal training or did you use youtube/google as your guide?

@jrk987 It's been almost 4 years since I started training and I train alone so everything I learned was on youtube/google gymnasticbodiesdotcom forum also helped a lot. I also film myself and try to correct the mistakes by watching the videos.
