DMC3 - Jump Canceling Tutorial

In the vid it says look to the right, which refers to this:

Enemies to practice on
--------------------------
- Sloths: they're big and slow (except when DT'd) and can take a pounding)
- Prides (DT'd): very slow, and again, can take a poudning
- Chess pieces: stick to pawns and bishops
- HVG: probably the easiest one to JC off because of his size (try the DT'd one in the trial of the warrior, mission 17)


Areas to practice in
--------------------------
Crystal Skull Chamber, mission 7,16
Night Club, mission 4
Any lvl w/ Chess peices, 13,18
Mission 1 and 2
Mission 3 - run back to Dante's office

@50m37h1ng3 For your question, they must've used DT. It's hard to pick them up. Try using beowulf. It has a better chance of throwing them up.

Hey this has motivated me to start practicing, very full tutorial, awesome indeed. just one question, why sometimes when i try to throw them in the air, only i go up and they stay on the ground even tho it hits them? like 1 outa 3 works or something, what am i doing wrong?

so, I assume it is harder to use jump canceling if turbo mode is active. I cant use question marks but am i correct in saying that i should not play with turbo if i wish to master jump canceling
