Walk the Plank recently commissioned a Maltese artist to create a mobile pyrotechnic sculpture. The fireworks drive the mechanism, which causes the wheel to rotate in three dimensions, like a gyroscope, which creates an amazing effect that hasn't been seen before.

    as the one in the video is motor driven. Traditional maltese Wheel is driven by firework drivers/fountains
