A man, is Phonix really ghetto? or bad? or a bad place to live? I was considering looking at Phoenix area as a potential place to buy a place. I was looking at Scottsdale, but if it sucks, if it's ghetto etc.. then Maybe I won't want to. Let me ask, is there a big Drug problem there? Like meth?
