Its not really a movie its an game with alot of clips in it :P. And some1 put the clips together so it looked like a movie. But your right though the game was never released in USA, Europe and Australia

@DarkHercules213 I know that by now, I didn't 3 years ago. The fact is that there actually is a game, though it was based on the movie. The game "Dragon Ball Z Gaiden: Saiyajin Zetsumetsu Keikaku" did have a lot of cut scenes from this OVA which made me and other people think that the full video was made out of cutscenes. However that was 3 years ago, by now we probably all know that this was an OVA.
