Israeli court backs Palestinian land right

In a landmark ruling, Israel's supreme court has order a halt to construction in the Bet El settlement in the West Bank. Al Jazeera correspondent Jacky Rowland reports.

@helenbransgrove Israel bears not a drop of resemblance to anything Nazi whatsover - so save your ludicrous, inflammatory rhetoric. Jews lived in peace in Israel and more came to join them. Land was BOUGHT and open, unarable areas were settled, and land was partitioned for Jews. They did not start the conflict but indeed emerged victorious from those who repeatedly vowed and tried to wipe them out. @VirtuosoX1 Hardly! The international bodies of the League of Nations and the UN had voted to recognize the State of Israel by a majority vote of member countries. Let's be clear, the Arabs started all the violence and ethnic cleansing and as the conflict escalated both parties fought to control lands, villages, and towns. And just because Jews won now all of a sudden they STOLE the land?! Arabs would not have lost land in the first place if they hadn't gambled with it.

The justice world court stated that the state of israel is an ILLEGAL state - this is our duty to spread the word, the world justice court stated that it is ILLEGAL yet they defy the unbias system.

The old woman in the video is actually from my village in Palestine and has recently passed away. Allah yerhamha. Its sad to know that she passed away in a country where she has never seen freedom.  May she rest in peace and inshAllah in the future her grandkids and their kids and so on will come to live in a land thats free. May Allah have mercy on the souls that are not with us and continue to give strength to those struggling today.
