She may have won because her name is Aishwarya like Aishwarya Rai, who is super famous.

ok so she's nothing compared to Anwesha...so unfair...

Anwesha was certainly the right candidate for a winner. Reality shows suck !

All these people who say reality sucks need to get their reality checked.
There are more people voting for Aishwarya.
Bengalis do not spend their money to vote they are not as generous as people from other parts of India - Got it!
Besides, this is Chote Ustaad (chote) therefore they are not supposed to be sounding like adults.

Reality shows suck because ignorant people with money vote for their "fancies" and not for the right reason. Popularity always translates to mediocrity. Stereotypical statements like "Bengali's do not spend their money" shows your limited thinking misguli ! You cannot make general statements like that about ALL people, be it Bengalis or anybody. BTW none of the Chote Ustaads sound like adults. You need to get your head examined and start to think reasonably before you attack somebody.

My limited thinking is accumulated by living in West Bengal and The West, (in the West the girls vote the most and the worst 'male' singer wins, for a girl to win she has to be exceptionally good).
In Ash's case she is equal to Anw. there is very little to separate them. Therefore it depends on the community.

Sure misguli. It does depend on the community if you put it that way. Aishwarya if I remember correctly has been on the scene for quite some years now. She was a very very young girl/small in stature when I first saw her on television. She sang well but lost out to somebody. She has been on the reality show scene since then. Quite "seasoned" by now I would imagine, and apparently her sole motive was to win and she did. Good for her. Anwesh will go places too, I am sure.
