  • @jspartacus No he didn't. The Carlos Santana Secret Chord Progression was Am7 to D9 - it's dorian, not Major.

  • It really sounds like Let Us Go Into The House Of The Lord. Wonderful!

  • @barmmmm2 sorry man ! on 3:18 there is no pulloff and there is no F. He simply plays a Cmajor triad like this

    e-g-c-c-c.....

  • Frank Zappa called this "The Carlos Santana Secret Chord Progression".

  • At bar 42 he ties the note over the bar to displace beat one .This is a favorite phrasing trick of mine. Starting everything on 1 in a bar is very boring.

  • Pissballs that's very funny

  • @barmmmm2 From what I've read and seen, JM's picking style is called Sarod style picking...which he learned from sarod musicians in India.

  • it will take me 3 years of hard study , to master these notes.

  • @bytedildo Me too, dude. :(

  • Does anybody know if there is a UK version of this dvd? (i.e a region 2 version) I've looked online and I can only find US versions
