Looks like a Crewsaver Crewfit 275N. I could be wrong the logo isn't that clear on the video. The yellow lanyard would suggest to me that this is a manually operated lifejacket, so what has expired? From the video i would say that you had a faulty operating head or a cylinder that had previously leaked. Was the cylinder corroded?
