@SoloQ --Niggers are hateful, ignorant, etc....meaning they're self-made, not born and they don't have a color or social status. This is not the 60's or earlier...nobody's gonna take it easy on you for spreadin' that kind or any kind of hate. @SoloQ --The deal is, you need to really find out what a "hood rat" really is. It's not a person who "primarily listens to rap", as you say...do you know how poular rap is? A hell of a lot more than [blacks in poverty] listen to rap primarily...starting with the primary consumers of rap albums--white kids in the damn burbs. --Oh yeah, and your use of the word NIGGER...unacceptable!! @HarlemMic you don't get it. it is not a race issue. This is a serious disease epidemic the black race are a minority. Hispanics are 2nd place in the infections after black. then white etc.

the first action I will take is reach out to Haiti. the citizens there are the ones living under the poverty line than any other nation in the north, central and south America continents.
