thurston county refuses to accept a lawful application for a mobile home lawfully hooked up to septic[see records at assessors] on city water and that county is charging taxes on since 1997.John Burnell applied in 1997 county said "you will never get any permit" and then tells the judge "Burnell never completed an application" in twenty years and $370,000 spent on design, applications, materials for building, and never did the county accept an application. this would have been over in 1997, new homes no thurston county disenfranchised on site, no uses other than new homes,at one home per acre or more.year 2000 $70,000 spent on application,county refused to accept and downzoned to one home in 5 acres,but enforces 4 to 8 homes per acre limits on use we are in court and still in court...

  • This guy is childish, very childish. Smashing those cars was silly. Look at all the crap piled aroud the cars! Make your property neat and tidy and no one will say a word. Line the cars up NEATLY!!! Clean up your property dumb ass and you will lose nothing. One needs to pick their battles carefully.   • yeah, your property was a kind of mess. I would of took your running equipment and pulled it up and knocked their equipment over. Probelly not a good idea.... but that's what i'd do about it. I would take it to federal court.
