The US believes that the persian polar bears and happy feet penquins are hiding WMDs in there poop and are not afraid to use them on small countries like Monster Island (Godzillas home) and Invisable Island, which the Americans are unable to find. Damb it was a good cover, no one reported on this, I checked.

That was such a conspiracy cover, It was to hide the fact that Americas war on terror has hit antarctica and the government is sending 300 marines in to defend a small vally from angry persian polar bears and happy feet penquins in order safeguard Santas holiday house down there.
