It is more expensive, but it is like taking a bazooka into court. It really changes the dynamic of the room.

@patmunson Then what is Law. Justice? Justice is what people make of it. And Laws are sets of rules etc. Different countries, different laws and different ways of handling it.

The English Common Law were force upon its colonies, the Christian and other Religious laws were also placed upon countries.

Be realistic, law is really about those in control.

For example in my region, a person would get slap in the face for calling a female a bitch in public and that is lawful.

Opinions are a dime a dozen, what is needed in this venue is actual law, truth and experiences that will help people. In my comment, i said it was wrong to call another human being a bitch which is basically a degoratory term for women. Calling an African American or black person a nigger is considered degoratory. So hence, the insulting term should also have the same effect or consequence.

You talk about law this and law that, in the end, law is about people who have the power to enforce the rules they make up.

@nodinitiative Judges are not government servants. They are corporate employees and they're number one duty is to generate revenue. Every time they convict (raise revenue) they are adding to their own pocket, isn't this a conflict of interest? They are not following the law, it is a court of commerce. Under the law there has to be an injured party (corpus delecti) and remedy. Stop giving your ignorant opinion and actually learn law, it makes you sound like a fool.
