Alpaca Illusion Skull Scarf

Project I was knitting. It's called illusion knitting. When you look at it straight on, it's simply stripes. But when viewed at an angle (90 degrees is best) an image appears. Very cool.

Oooh, I get to be the first to post "OMG fake!!!1!one!" and then somebody can tell me I'm an idiot and the knitting was clearly done at freefall speed and Keenedy was shot in a secret movie stufio.

it's a knitting technique called "illustion knitting." if you google it, you can find out how to do it. basically, it's composed of positive and negative space using purl and knit stitches.
