Use the phrase "spontaneous remission" instead of "cure". At least that's what Dr Robert Beck said he did.

That's why we need patients coming forward saying how this medicine helped them, and a lot of them. You can't go to jail for using medical cannabis, curing yourself with it, and then simply telling people what happened. Promoting it is one thing, but telling others your story is completely different. Still, it is important for providers not to give up!
