To complete it 100%, I'd say about 8 hours max.

For a straight playthrough, like I just did, not long at all.

wat is the skill u got after that last safe u couldent get 2 untill u beat clockwerk and are there any secrets to finish the speed run with the other skills and is there a secret cut scene u get after u beat all speed runs or is the srcret cutscene the japaniese ending

The skill you get for opening the last safe is the ability to destroy all enemies that are on screen. It helps during those Master Thief Sprints that I decided not to do in this playthrough. Once you beat the Master Thief Sprints, you unlock 2 secret movies: a commercial and a behind the scenes look at how they developed the game.

Figures 'sly would wait for the last second to kiss Carmelita and leave her hand cuffed; she actually looked happy till she realized she'd been dooped! Nice walkthrough man! Peaace from the Sonic Matrix
