Hendrix at Newport 1969 (HiQ)

A DVD transfer - even further tweaked for your enjoyment. Outside of the Experience Hendrix releases, this is really the only "essential" performance footage of Jimi.

I was gobsmacked when I first saw this stuff on the net - now I've got a copy of my own. There's even audio available of the whole Experiece concert and post-jams, but my enthusiasm doesn't run that hgh.

And, of course, this fills a large niche in my youtube video collection. Happy viewing!

FUUUUUUUUCKKKK, my biggest wish is to be one of the audience there, i wouldn't even get high, you really wouldn't need to with this going on, i'd be the only sober one there. If i was there, the biggest thing on my mind would be whether to close my eyes and let the music put me into a trance, or to keep my eyes open and watch Hendrix playing guitar in his own little world.
