Is that a tea bag on his glasses.

@Gulfporter That's because the United States was never at war with the Federal Republic of Germany, so the black-red-yellow flag is not an enemy flag like the Nazi flag.

@riksw2 confederacy killed more union troops and could have won the war. The south gave up because of desertion problems. Apparently many of the soldiers didnt agree with the cause they were forced to fight for. I dont hate the north, i love it, but you should crack a book before you open your mouth.
The Confederate flag has been a well known symbol of bigotry, racism & intolerance since the end of the Civil War. The notion that it represents "state's rights" or "southern heritage" is ridiculous. What rights, specifically, did the confederate states wish to fight for during the civil war? Does the right to own slaves ring a bell? & then there's the "heritage" BS. My wife is from Germany. Would it be prudent for her to fly a Nazi flag? She's not racist, she's proud of her German heritage.

I'm not so sure that flag is about slavery as it is about being anti-American. I strongly questing the patriotism of those who fly a flag representing an attack on the United States.
