@dautari some of newari jaats are kiratis. for example tamrakar, dongol, maharjan, have been identified and recognized by scholars and historians as Kirat descendant. you could also tell this by their face who looks more like rais and limbus.

I had heard this song in Nepali only. It's nice to find this Newa version. Thanks for posting. I love listening to the folk songs in Nepal's indigenous people. I am a chhettri ko chhoro but I am sick of seeing bahun chhettri clan hogging the spotlight in everything. It is high time all people of stand tall in equal standings. More Newa folk songs please.
