Christmas day it rained all day here. Last night it got cold and this morning it was snowing.... That's all the excuse I needed to take the new Slash 4X4 outside. There was just enough snow on the ground to make it fun. The Slash did great with the 4 wheel drive and it was a blast. Right up till I knocked my camera over. lol. Don't worry it's ok. :))

So how has your Slash held up after these few bashing vids you've posted? I've heard on another vid that while the electronics are waterproof, the frame and bearings are not protected and will seize up quickly after going through water (if not properly dried after each run).

It's held up incredibly well... watch my 2 latest videos to see how Mr Slash is doing these days. Both of the last 2 videos were filmed less than a week ago. :)

Is the slash 4X4 faster thab ab e-maxx?

The Slash 4x4 is brushless and can run on 3S lipo so it is definitely much faster than the original brushed EMAXX. However, the EMAXX has been upgraded recently to a brushless version also, which uses the Mamba Monster and can use 2 x 3S lipo which makes it every bit as fast as the Slash 4x4.
