How to eat less? It's the big question for anyone trying to lose weight and get cravings under control. The trick is to not directly resist the temptation of eating and instead occupying your attention with something different.

  • This is the hardest part trying not to eat pointless food. Everyday I drive past the sandwich shop, everyday I go in, even though I know I should not!

  • @brennendw You inspired me to today's article on my blog: scientists recently found that just seeing pictures of food can make us hungry. It's hard to say "no" when everything around you screams "eat, eat!"

  • hi Evil, I use to workout in morning before breakfast. One of my frnd told me to have very light breakfast in order make my exercise effective. I want to know how true is that and what do you suggest?
