Two Year Old Killed in Rialto by Drunk Maniac Driver

At 12:05 p.m. on Willow Avenue in Rialto Jesse Rolando Astorga drove his 2008 Honda Pilot over two year old Josslyn Dinoso-Brooks.
The parents, Dean Dinoso, 28, and Glenda Brooks, 26 and their two children were out for a Sunday bike ride. The other three are at area hospitals in critical condition. Astorga was attempting to flee from the scene. It was only the stalling of his car's engine that that kept him at the scene where he was found to be drunk and taken into custody for vehicular manslaughter and drunk driving. The suspect was fleeing a minor hit and run accident at the time of the fatal incident. Aired on KCAL Channel 9 News at Noon in Los Angeles June 30, 2008.

Astorga may not have crossed over from Mexico. Then again perhaps he did and was amnestied by papa Reagan. But he certainly is illegal. He had two warrants for speeding violations and committed this murder fleeing from a fender-bender. It only illustrates how patterns of fleeing legal responsibilities is passed down as a generational pattern of behavior.

We have unlicensed, unschooled, uneducated, illiterate, drivers from a country where, if they ever did drive, it was on a dirt road with about 1 car passing every 20 minutes or so. Most of them are terrified of drawing the attention of law enforcement because it might mean deportation. At the least they will pay a hefty fine for driving uninsured.
