For those of you who are arguing against catch and release fishing you've no appreciation of fish. You've clearly never held a beautiful, wild fish in your hands and felt a connection to the fish and it's origins. Catch and release fishermen are not the problem with decaying fish populations, it's those who show up with a crude rig and jerk a few out for supper that do not get it. I'm a flaming liberal AND an avid fisherman-SCREW all you sportsman haters-what possible "damage" and stress could be done to a fish that is that fat?...obviously it is healthy and released to live...this is an artificial lake stocked with non-indigenous fish all paid for by sport licenses...armchair environmentalists are just a bunch of sissies crying "FREE THE COWS".....by far the greatest habitat protection, mangement, and restoration is paid for by fisherman and hunters
