A metaphor for sovereignty warfare in the space MMO Eve Online. (I'm Purple) If you watch the whole thing you are MAD!

Yea its like... we got em! They'r scrambled,,, just last territory and we wipe en out. Ouch.. what da hell is happening? Where did they get so much forces and why everyone is taking a piece of my territory aaargh. I've spread my forces too thin i am goind so much burned. Ok, there is a treaty with this ones, they do not like that my enemy is so big now, i survived on my last territory but woth all my foces concentrated i can strike and bring enemy to a chaos! (Repeat forever :D )

@MrGanjaGabe i doesn't make sense when you see it like this, but its an alliance war, or that the war of a couple of alliances.

Was once a Goon [before all the drama queens had their breakdowns] and am now IT. This is so true.
We're taking this area. We have this area. We're leaving this area and now taking that area. Lather. Rinse. Repeat. :P
Pretty soon though with new sov costs, at char creation you will be asked join blue side or red side since everyone will have to be in one of the big alliances to afford to have lots of 0.0 systems worth anything.

Still the same today, though now at the end half the purple decide they're actually more "mauve" and turn on you, while that one down in the bottom right disappears into a wormhole and spends the next fifty turns of the game appearing from nowhere once every five rounds or so to cripple your industrial backend for giggles.
Then you realize that all the directors capable of putting money in the main wallet are on vacation and the sov bill is due.
