I cant really tell if you are for or against this practice from from the way you phrase things I am guessing that you are objecting to this because of "moral" closed minded thinking. I dont see what is the matter with wearing a bathing suit around the city. What makes it all right at a beach but not in the city. What is wrong about a bikini? They are covered up. The main purpose of clothing is for protection from the elements. The city can get very hot and full clothing may become uncomfortable
