1987, and WMUR's current logo didn't happen in September, it happend in August because WMUR debuted it's repeater stations W27BL, W38CB, & WMUR-LP at that time

It's interesting to see how a station so small like WMUR-TV was even in the mid 1980's, become so big and Boston-like in their news and programming. By the way, I didn't know either of the films shown in the clips above. That Sunday Afternoon Movie theme was funky though.

When did they stop using that particular "9" logo and go to the "Nine's Alive" slogan? I know they have been using the current "9" logo since September 1994.

I would think by '86/1987. Compare to my other WMUR clips for reference. 'Nine's Alive' was on in '87 and '88.
