@godscuttingyoudown I would have to agree with that tactic, but since Seattle is occupied by Soviet forces there are risks launching a B-83 from the air without alerting Soviet interference. The best shot is to quickly strike the Chinese naval fleet just as they are within miles off shore. It will cause great confusion before the Russians can get their birds fully in the air.

@nutterperl do some research during the cold war several Nuke tests in the pacific happened in open sea
many Japanese battleships and carriers from ww2 were used as targets to test the vulnerability of a navy during a nuke in open sea, all ships sunk after a nuke detonated over the fleet
I seriously doubt video game developers know everything about modern warfare so don't use them as a credible source
