  • LOOOOOOOOOL i love to visit that plase one day

  • I don't know if you get this a lot or not, but your style and mannerisms are very similar to Victors Givemeafleakman.

  • @TheLOCATION100 No, The Yakuza generally don't do "as they please." They still tend to fit into Japanese society in their own weird way. There are a number of different Yakuza groups, some with more power than others, and they still adhere to a sort of pecking order. If their presence is strong enough in an area, then they can -kind- of do what they want, but they still have to deal with the police if they get carried away.

  • @nightmarenet htp:// boingboing. net/2010/08/10/ yakuza-3-review .html without the spaces. there you have your answer :))

  • I like how you're getting beer and ice cream. We probably would get along :D

  • hahaha, I can't believe you said that while yakuza was there. The Japanese yakuza is said to be more scary than Russian and Italian mafia. Chinese more so, but I wouldn't really know.

  • How do they tell Yakuza "NO -YOU CANT COME IN HERE!" - Dont they basically do whatever they want unless the police show up in big numbers?

  • Might make a video response to _this_, but here's the short version:

My tattoo (video on channel) is hide-able, but not hidden. I went to a sento in Tokyo _once_ last time I was in Japan. Didn't have a fun time. Trying to hide it, dropped my towel in the water >_<

I've always been more afraid of the police in Japan than the yak.

I don't usually find the yakuza _members_ unpleasant, but the larger organisation.

    All the best.

  • I think I was in a sauna with a Russian gangster once. This happened in a hotel in my country. There were no other people in there and we just sat there quietly and I would throw water to the hot stones every once in a while. I don't know whether he actually was a gangster or not but he sure did look like one!
