@hubzcaps i think it might be the same, it's a transmitter and clock system made by Primex Wireless, it uses the atomic clock signal for time and than sends out data on the low VHF band, it has a pretty wide coverage area. I also tried to see if i could decode in digipan but it's a whole different mode i guess.

Sounds like a telemetry transmission. (something like a water tower or power line data link), sending flow rate or level information from a group of sensors at a remote site and transmitting it back to home office. The morse is most likely a station I.D. that is transmitted at regular intervals, been hearing these since I was 12 years old, now 37.

@Starbuckin ah that's probably it, there's a Gigantic Water reservoir by my neighborhood, also an oil pump thing drawing from the ground which also has tanks to store it. Any idea on what kind of mode this? it would be fun to decode, i'll see if i can get a recording of the morse ID though that way i can find out more about the site.
