President Obama introduces his "to-do list" for Congress, a list of initiatives that will create jobs and help the middle class, and calls on Congress to take action on the list's first item by passing legislation that rewards companies who bring jobs back to American with lower taxes and pay for it by eliminating tax incentives for companies to ship jobs overseas.

Gas was $1.78 when he took office.. My house was worth more during the Bush years. Obama stopped the keystone pipeline that would have given jobs are cheaper gas. Google Obama NDAA which he signed in secret ,a bill that allows the warrantless arrests of US citizens without trial or lawyer with indefinite detention (bill of rights?)He made being poor to afford health insurance a tax crime.
