i am a gymnast and i have NEVER done ANYTHING!! like these exercises. Im so angry at the coaches just straining at those kids they shouldnt be put through something like that and the emotion on those coaches face sickens me!. I hate to see this because not ONE! is smiling or having a good time like kids SHOULD! have.. my only advise, come to the usa!!
