We do not rely on automated phone systems and voicemails to get back with you at a time convenient for us. We have technical staff and customer service personnel here to serve you Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm MST. We do this because we know your pet parents want answers to their questions, therefore, we make ourselves as accessible as possible.
On top of customer service and technical questions we are here to review results with you, fax/email invoices, take your orders for supplies and anything else you might need. We want you to feel that we are truly an extension of your practice, because in fact we are.
